Do I need experience to ride?

No! Our guided tours are beginner-friendly. We’ll go over everything you need to know before hitting the trails.

 

Do I need a driver’s license?

Yes, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license.

 

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes.

 

Will we get muddy?

Most likely! Trail conditions vary, so be prepared to get muddy and have fun.

 

Can I bring my own ATV or side-by-side?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own ATV or side-by-side. There is a trail entrance fee. 

 

Can I bring my phone?

Yes, but we recommend keeping it in a secure pocket or waterproof case. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 

What if it rains?

We ride rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. If we cancel due to severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

 

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride for check-in and the safety briefing.

 

What if I’m late?

Tours leave on time. Late arrivals may miss their ride and may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required for rentals. If you’re bringing your own ride, it’s still a good idea to let us know you’re coming.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and Cash App. To speed up check-in, we recommend sending Zelle payments before you arrive.

 

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

 

Can we stop for pictures?

Absolutely! We’ll have opportunities to stop and capture some great photos during the ride.

 

Is alcohol allowed?

No. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to ride, and no refunds will be issued.
